Maverick will be the first building to break ground at The Tracks. Maverick is a seven-story building that will house 25,000+ SF of commercial space and 49 apartment units. This mix of residential and commercial gives businesses at The Tracks a built-in customer base.

Maverick will feature underground parking spaces on the lower level for commercial and residential tenants. The first and second floor will offer 25,000+ SF of commercial space. Floors three to six will hold 34, two-story apartment units, ranging in one to three bed options. The seventh floor will be home to 15 additional single level units, with studio, one-bedroom and three-bedroom options.
