The Tracks is more than a development, it’s where community comes together. This district will bring housing options, new businesses, live entertainment, and community events to the Magic City of Minot, North Dakota.

The Tracks will be home to many events, from movie nights, to yoga, to outdoor skating in the winter and live concerts in the summer. The multi-use plaza will be open to the public and ready to serve the community in 2024. With free, family friendly events happening all year round, The Tracks will be a destination location in the City of Minot. The plaza will also hold walking paths for public use, a water feature, bus stop, and public parking ramp.
